Deine Rolle

Du bist Teil unseres Münchener Teams, Organisationstalent und gute Seele des Standortes in einem:

  • Office-Organisation: Du hältst den Standort am Laufen, behältst administrative Abläufe im Blick und bereitest unsere Räumlichkeiten für Meetings vor
  • Events: Du unterstützt Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung unserer Events (Meetups, Abendveranstaltungen, Konferenzen u. a.) – inklusive Betreuung vor Ort
  • Dienstleister-Koordination: Du steuerst und kommunizierst mit externen Partnern (Hausverwaltung, Office-Services, Handwerksbetriebe u. a.)
  • Ansprechperson für unsere growInc Spaces Community: Für die Mieter:innen unseres Coworking Space bist du die erste Kontaktperson – bei Fragen, Wünschen und allem, was den Alltag im Space betrifft
  • Erste Anlaufstelle: Du empfängst Gäste, Kund:innen und Mieter:innen mit einem souveränen, herzlichen Auftreten und sorgst dafür, dass sich jede:r vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlt

Dein Profil

  • Du hast Lust auf ca. 20 Stunden pro Woche – vor Ort in unserem Münchener Space
  • Du überzeugst durch ein selbstsicheres, professionelles Auftreten und echte Gastgeber-Mentalität – auch wenn viel gleichzeitig passiert, bleibst du freundlich und behältst den Überblick
  • Du bringst Energie und Hands-on-Mentalität mit und packst Dinge proaktiv an, statt auf Zuruf zu warten
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Kundenservice, Empfang, in der Hotellerie oder einem vergleichbaren serviceorientierten Umfeld
  • Organisation ist deine Stärke – du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert
  • Du bist flexibel bei Arbeitszeiten und Aufgaben, insbesondere rund um Events und Projekte
  • Du kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch und Englisch (schriftlich und mündlich)
