We are looking for an

ERP Delivery & Deployment Manager

to lead the operational delivery of Kiilto’s One ERP programme from Build through deployment and successful go-lives.

Kiilto is renewing its ERP landscape through the international One ERP programme. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management has been selected as our future ERP platform, and the programme is currently in the Design phase.

This is a delivery role for someone with solid experience managing ERP implementations and roll-outs. You can come from either a customer or a consulting background.

About the role

As ERP Delivery & Deployment Manager, you focus on the operational delivery of the One ERP programme. Your first focus will be on coordinating the transition from Design to Build, with the role evolving towards deployment, international roll-outs and post-go-live stabilization as the programme progresses.

You work closely with our ERP Program Manager, process owners, stream leads, business and technology teams, and delivery partners. Process owners and stream leads provide the business and solution expertise, while your role is to bring the different parts of the delivery together towards common milestones.

You report to the ERP Program Manager and work as part of the One ERP programme team. The position is a three-year fixed-term role within Kiilto’s One ERP programme. The position can be based in Lempäälä, Turku, Helsinki or another suitable Kiilto location, with the possibility for hybrid work. The role includes travel to Kiilto sites, particularly during deployment and go-live periods.

What you will do

  • Lead day-to-day delivery across streams and delivery partners, coordinating key milestones and dependencies.
  • Coordinate the transition from Design to Build and cross-stream readiness across solution build, data, integrations and testing, working with the respective stream leads and Test Manager.
  • Lead the planning and operational execution of ERP deployments and roll-outs across Kiilto locations.
  • Coordinate business and technical readiness for deployments.
  • Lead operational cutover and go-live coordination across teams and partners.
  • Drive a consistent and repeatable deployment approach across roll-out waves.
  • Maintain visibility of operational risks, issues, and dependencies.

What we hope you bring

ERP implementation and roll-out experience are essential for this position. We are looking for an experienced ERP delivery professional with a practical and structured approach to getting things done.

  • Several years of experience in ERP project and delivery management, with experience managing ERP implementations and roll-outs in an international environment.
  • Experience across several ERP delivery phases, such as build, testing, deployment, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
  • Experience coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams, business teams and delivery partners.
  • A good understanding of end-to-end business processes, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong project and delivery management capabilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive issues towards resolution across teams and partners.
  • A structured, pragmatic, and practical way of working.
  • Good professional English skills and the ability to work in an international environment.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM) is considered an advantage. Finnish language skills are also an advantage.
