Job Description

We Create Products and Brands That People Trust to Clean, Sanitize, and Protect Their Homes and Pools

When you join KIK Consumer Products, you’re joining a team that cares about the work we do and also about each other. We bring exceptional brands and products to consumers that help them protect the health and wellness of their families and the cleanliness of their homes and pools. We are committed to building a culture of performance driven by accountability, collaboration, and agility that enables timely fact-based decision-making and exceptional execution with unwavering ethics. As one of North America’s largest independent manufacturers of consumer products, KIK helps a large portfolio of brands and retailers bring their products to life.

Your Role at KIK

The Production Supervisor leads the daily operations of the filling department to ensure production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and within quality standards. This role oversees shift performance, coordinates production employees, and proactively addresses operational challenges to minimize downtime and maintain on-time delivery. As a hands-on leader, the Supervisor drives continuous improvement initiatives, enforces safety and compliance standards, and fosters a high-performing team culture focused on productivity, accountability, and development. The scheduled hours for this role are 10:00 pm to 6:30 am, Sunday through Thursday, with overtime as business needs require.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily filling line operations to achieve production schedules while meeting safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives
  • Supervise, coach, and develop 3rd Shift Leads and approximately 25 production employees: drive accountability, engagement, and performance
  • Monitor key production metrics including output, yields, downtime, waste, and labor efficiency; implement corrective actions to improve results
  • Ensure strict adherence to all safety policies, GMP standards, sanitation requirements, and regulatory compliance expectations
  • Conduct shift kick-off meetings and lead cross-functional communication to align priorities across Production, QA, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and HR
  • Optimize staffing and manpower utilization based on production demand, attendance, and schedule priorities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing downtime, improving reliability, and lowering operational costs using Lean or similar methodologies
  • Maintain inspection-ready conditions at all times, ensuring housekeeping, documentation, and quality standards are consistently met
  • Oversee production documentation including work orders, labor reporting, timecards, quality checks, and daily performance tracking
  • Support employee development and performance management activities, including training, safety programs, and corrective action in alignment with company policy

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams in a fast-paced production environment with a strong focus on safety, quality, and performance metrics
  • Strong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), including documentation control, deviation management, corrective actions, and audit readiness
  • Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable while fostering a positive, high-performing culture
  • Strong working knowledge of GMP, safety programs, and 6S/lean workplace standards; experience conducting safety training and tracking compliance
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of improving efficiency, reducing downtime, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Effective conflict management skills and the ability to lead through change in a dynamic manufacturing setting
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build partnerships across departments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production reporting systems
  • Experience with high-speed automated production equipment; bottle filling machinery experience strongly preferred

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
