Aufgaben

  • Disponieren und koordinieren der Mitarbeiter, Material und Fahrzeuge für Installationen, Service \& Wartungen
  • Bearbeiten von internen und externen Ressourcenanfrage und Kundenanliegen
  • Strategische Planung der Techniker in Koordination mit den Linienverantwortlichen
  • Vorbereiten der Einsätze und erstellen der Planung für Spezialeinsätze
  • Bedarfsmittelplanung in Absprache mit dem Auftraggeber

Anforderungsprofil

  • Du verfügst über eine technische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Der Kontakt mit Kunden aller Art bereitet dir keine Mühen
  • Organisationstalent mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und einer strukturierten, sorgfältigen Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikativer Teamplayer, der auch in hektischen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf bewahrt
  • Du bist eine freundliche, zuverlässige Persönlichkeit und verfügst über einen ausgeprägten Sinn für Dienstleistungs\- und Kundenservice gegenüber unserer Kundschaft
  • Fliessende Deutsch\- und stilsichere Englischkenntnisse zwingend, Französischkenntnisse erwünscht
