Sektorn ansvarar också för utförandet av all kommunal hälso- och sjukvård, rehab, minnesteam, dagverksamhet och anhörigstöd. Beskrivning Välkommen att arbeta hos oss i Kils kommun!Sektor äldre i Kils Kommun söker undersköterskor/vårdbiträden till hemtjänst.Som undersköterska/vårdbiträde hos oss kan vi erbjuda dig ett varierande och roligt arbete med arbetstider som är förlagda till dag, kväll och helg. Ditt uppdrag är att tillsammans med övriga medarbetare ge god vård och omsorg samt stöd till kunder i deras hem. Arbetsuppgifter Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är att utföra kvalificerat omsorgs- och servicearbete inom hemtjänsten. Du ska tillgodose kundens individuella behov av omsorg och service i det egna hemmet, utifrån beviljat bistånd enligt socialtjänstlagen. Du kommer även att utföra vissa hälso- och sjukvårdsuppgifter efter delegation från sjuksköterska, arbetsterapeut eller sjukgymnast. Din arbetsmiljö är kundens hem, vilket innebär att du måste ta hänsyn till varje individs integritet. I arbetet ingår dokumentation enligt gällande lagstiftning, vilket innebär att du måste kunna uttrycka dig väl i både tal och skrift. Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som är utbildad undersköterska alternativ vårdbiträde och har ett genuint intresse för att arbeta med människor. Erfarenhet av äldreomsorg eller hemtjänst är meriterande. Du är trygg i din yrkesroll, ansvarstagande och har förmåga att planera och prioritera ditt arbete. Du kan arbeta självständigt, fatta beslut inom ramen för ditt uppdrag och anpassa dig när förutsättningarna förändras. För oss är det viktigt att du har ett professionellt och respektfullt bemötande. Du visar omtanke, är lyhörd för andra människors behov och värnar om omsorgstagarnas självbestämmande och integritet. Vi ser gärna att du har körkort men det är inte något krav.
