Job Description

Join the team behind iconic brands like Huggies®, Kleenex®, Cottonelle®, Scott®, Kotex®, Poise®, Depend®, and Kimberly-Clark Professional®. At Kimberly-Clark, it’s all here for you—innovation, growth, and the chance to make a real impact.

You were made to create Better Care for a Better World: this is your opportunity to operate a machine that produces top-notch products for ¼ of the world’s population. Get recognized often by your manager, supported by your team, and see the products you produce being used by your own family at the end of the day. It starts with YOU.

About You

In one of our manufacturing roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.

You will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work. This role is part of Kimberly-Clark’s investment in creating new jobs and expanding its capabilities to produce premium products that are essential to millions of lives around the world, and right here in Paris. It starts with YOU.

In this role, you will:

  • Monitor palletizer equipment during operation to ensure consistent, safe, and efficient performance
  • Keep palletizers running by responding to minor stops, jams, or misfeeds
  • Assist with equipment set‑ups and changeovers according to production schedules
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments (e.g., clearing jams, resetting equipment, adjusting guides)
  • Engage in activities that support normal operation conditions (e.g., centerlining checks, rounds, standard work)
  • Load pallets, slip sheets, and other materials as required for production runs
  • Conduct routine checks to verify pallet patterns, stack quality, and product stability
  • Communicate equipment issues or repeated stoppages to leads, maintenance, or supervisors
  • Follow all safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at all time
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area around palletizing equipment

Success in this role requires consistent demonstration of the following:

  • Ownership: Acts as an owner of equipment, outcomes, team and personal results
  • Flexibility: Willingly flows to work and adapts to changing priorities.
  • Accountability: Holds self and peers accountable to safety, standards, and performance.
  • Collaboration: Works effectively without trade or role boundaries.
  • Problem Solving: Uses data and root cause thinking to drive sustainable solutions.
  • Continuous Learning: Actively builds technical depth and breadth.
  • Integrity & Respect: Models ethical behavior and supports an inclusive workplace.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States
  • Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate
  • 1+ years of continuous work experience.
  • Have basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills
  • Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
  • Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening
  • Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT)
  • Understand and follow safety requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • One year manufacturing/ industrial experience or equivalent Military education/training
  • Forklift experience

In addition to the qualifications above, the following are Position Eligibility Requirements for Internal K-C Employees, as of expiration date of posting:

  • Employee must not be on a current Performance Improvement Plan
  • No Written Warning (Level 2) or above within the year prior to the expiration date of the posting. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
