Das trifft sich prima, denn wir suchen für unser KiMi Headoffice in Zürich Altstetten per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine:en: Buchhalter:in mit Controllingaufgaben (70\-80%)

Deine Aufgaben

Buchhaltung \& Abschlüsse:

  • Verantwortung für \-, Nebenbuchhaltung inkl. Abschlüsse nach OR
  • Planung der Liquidität
  • Ansprechpartner:in für die Revision, Banken, Behörden und interne Partner

Debitorenbuchhaltung und Subventionensabrechnungen:

  • Verantwortung für Subventionsabrechnungen (Bund/Gemeinden/Kantone)
  • Steuerung der monatlichen Rechnungsläufe (insbesondere Eltern und Gemeinden)
  • Zuständigkeit für Überprüfung Zahlungseingängen und Mahnwesen
  • Ansprechperson für die Betriebsleitungen und die Eltern

Finanzen \& Controlling:

  • Mitarbeit bei Budget, Forecast und Finanzreporting
  • Analyse von Auslastung, Personalkosten und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Aufbereitung von ad\-hoc Analysen

Prozesse \& Weiterentwicklung:

  • Optimierung von Finanz\-, Controlling\- und Abrechnungsprozessen
  • Mitarbeit bei System\- und Digitalisierungsprojekten

Was Du mitbringst

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanzen/Controlling oder auch einfach viel Erfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Finanzbuchhaltung in einem KMU\-Umfeld
  • Erste Erfahrung im Controlling sowie Interesse an einer Weiterentwicklung in diesem Bereich.
  • Nachgewiesene Abschlusssicherheit nach OR
  • Sehr gute Excel\-Kenntnisse und hohe IT\-Affinität
  • Abacus\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Kontakt mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
