  • Review plans and specifications for constructability, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Superintendents on field execution, manpower, equipment, sequencing, and subcontractor performance.
  • Serve as the primary client and stakeholder contact and lead project/OAC meetings.
  • Coordinate inspections, punch lists, closeout, final payment, and warranty requirements.
  • Collaborate with estimating, engineering, surveying, safety, accounting, and operations.
  • Promote safety, quality, and OSHA compliance throughout project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 5–10 years of progressive construction project management experience.
  • Proven experience managing the budget, schedule, and client relationship for multi-million-dollar projects.
  • Strong design-build experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
  • Strong understanding of site construction and constructability.
  • Site work or self-perform experience with asphalt, concrete, or earthwork highly valued.
  • Proficiency with Heavy Job, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms; strong Excel skills.
  • HCSS and ECMS experience is a plus.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and client relationship skills.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel approximately two days per week to regional project sites.
  • Public-sector, prevailing wage, union, or cooperative procurement experience is a plus.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
