Ben jij een ervaren assetmanager met visie op ketenlogistiek, onderhoudsstrategieën en systeeminstandhouding? Wil je impact maken op de beschikbaarheid van wapensystemen en operationele inzetbaarheid binnen Defensie? Bij KIM Plus Delta krijg je de kans om op hoog niveau te adviseren, te sturen en te optimaliseren — met directe impact op de materiële gereedheid van onze klanten.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Senior Asset Manager werk je op tactisch en strategisch niveau aan het beheer van lucht-, land- of zeevaartsystemen. Je leidt supply chain analyses, stuurt op KPI’s en bent gesprekspartner voor projectleiders, technici én leveranciers. Je vervult een coachende rol binnen het team en ondersteunt bij complexe modificatie-, instroom- of verbetertrajecten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Adviseren over lifecycle management en logistieke strategieën
  • Voeren van regie op voorraadbeheer, inkoop, reparaties en obsolescence
  • Coördineren van supply chain optimalisaties en forecasting (SAP)
  • Monitoren van doorlooptijden en leverperformance
  • Leiden van verbeterprojecten en implementeren van innovaties
  • Sparringpartner voor technische specialisten en projectleiders

Wat wij van jou verwachten:

  • HBO+ of WO-opleiding in logistiek, techniek of bedrijfskunde
  • Minimaal 8 jaar ervaring in asset- of supply chain management binnen Defensie of industrie
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met forecasting, voorraadbeheer, sparepart management
  • Kennis van SAP en performance-based logistics
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en adviesvaardigheden
  • Coachend vermogen en teamoverzicht

Wat je van ons mag verwachten:

  • Een salaris tussen €4.650 en €8.027 (schaal H/I/J), afhankelijk van ervaring
  • Jaarcontract (0,8 - 1,0 fte) met uitzicht op vast dienstverband
  • Hybride werken en flexibele werktijden
  • 25 vakantiedagen (bij fulltime) + mogelijkheid tot 10 bij te kopen
