We're Hiring – Project Manager (Design & Build)

KIN D+B Pte Ltd | Singapore | Full-Time

KIN D+B Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced, commercially driven Project Manager to lead Design & Build projects across the built environment, including construction, interior fit-out and refurbishment works.

The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, from tendering and project planning through execution to final handover, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, quality and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Tendering: Identify project opportunities, support business development initiatives, and manage GeBIZ tenders, proposals, costing and submissions.
  • Project Management: Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and to required quality standards.
  • Commercial & Cost Management: Manage project budgets, procurement, subcontractor costs and resources to achieve gross profit (GP) targets.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and relevant authorities.
  • Contract & Risk Management: Administer project contracts, manage variations, identify risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
  • Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, workplace safety requirements and quality standards.
  • Project Reporting & Handover: Monitor project progress, provide timely management updates and oversee successful project completion and handover.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Building, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related built environment discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant project management experience in Design & Build, construction, interior fit-out or refurbishment projects.
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently from tender to completion.
  • Experience in GeBIZ tender submissions, project costing, procurement and subcontractor management.
  • Strong commercial acumen, budgeting and cost-control capabilities.
  • Good understanding of Singapore's building regulations, quality standards and workplace safety requirements.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
