Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un(e) Agent(e) Relations Clientèle à la Clinique de Saint-Eustache. Fondée en 2010, Kinatex Saint-Eustache est maintenant située, depuis 2023, dans les nouveaux locaux modernes de la polyclinique sur l’avenue Mathers, facilement accessible via l’autoroute 640. La clinique bénéficie d’un emplacement stratégique, d’un stationnement sur place, d’une terrasse sur le toit et d’un bistro directement dans l’immeuble. Notre équipe multidisciplinaire offre des soins personnalisés en physiothérapie, ergothérapie, massothérapie, ostéopathie, acupuncture et kinésiologie. Reconnus pour leur expertise et leur engagement, nos professionnels proposent des traitements adaptés, basés sur une évaluation complète et des approches spécialisées. Profil Nous offrons : Rémunération compétitive 5 Congés maladies et mobiles payés 3 semaines de vacances payées par année Programme complet d’assurances collectives (avec contribution de l’employeur) Régime d’épargne-retraite Rabais sur nos services thérapeutiques Horaire flexible Fonctionnement entièrement numérique (dossiers numériques et rendez-vous en ligne) Vos responsabilités : Offrir un service à la clientèle de qualité supérieure, en personne et par téléphone Accueillir les patients, identifier leurs besoins et les informer / orienter Gérer et coordonner les rendez-vous, les horaires des thérapeutes, les dossiers patients incluant l’ouverture, la préparation et le suivi des dossiers Planifier les rendez-vous et gérer les priorités des plages horaires afin d’optimiser le fonctionnement de la clinique et l’utilisation des salles Encaisser les paiements, soumettre les demandes aux assurances, facturer et balancer la caisse Assurer l’ouverture et la fermeture de la clinique, gestion de la buanderie et de l’inventaire Nos compétences recherchées : Minimum de deux ans d'expérience en service à la clientèle ou dans un poste similaire (ex. : réceptionniste, secrétaire) Connaissance du domaine de la santé et de la réadaptation, un atout Diplôme d’études professionnelles (DEP) en secrétariat, un atout Maîtrise de la Suite Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Teams), de Drive et des outils informatiques Excellentes habiletés de communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais (atout) Avoir un bon sens de l’organisation et la gestion des priorités Avoir une aisance avec le travail d’équipe La rapidité d’apprentissage des logiciels informatiques Sens du service à la clientèle : courtoisie, professionnalisme et orienté vers la satisfaction des patients Respect de la confidentialité et rigueur dans la gestion des informations sensibles La connaissance du logiciel de prise de rendez-vous ClinicMaster sera considérée comme un atout Horaire : Temps plein : 30 heures par semaine Horaire : du lundi au jeudi, de 13 h à 21 h Date d'entrée en poste flexible selon la disponibilité du candidat Viens faire partie de la grande famille Kinatex!
