Kom werken als flexmedewerker

Als flexibele pedagogisch medewerker VE heb je geen vast rooster op één vestiging, maar werkplekken en uren die passen bij jou én je agenda. Geen dag is hetzelfde en dat maakt jouw werk juist zo dynamisch en inspirerend. Als VE-flexmedewerker help je peuters van 2 tot 4 jaar groeien op sociaal-emotioneel, cognitief en motorisch vlak. Je zorgt voor een veilige, zelfstandige ontwikkeling en werkt samen met ouders en collega's. Je bent een waardevolle collega op meerdere locaties en groepen en jouw inbreng wordt gezien en gewaardeerd.

Bepaal zelf het ritme van je werkweek

Met jouw creativiteit bied je samen met je collega's de kinderen een vertrouwde, stimulerende omgeving waarin zij zich kunnen ontwikkelen op hun eigen manier en in hun eigen tempo, maar altijd met jouw liefdevolle ondersteuning en hulp waar dat nodig is. Een afwisselende baan in een warme, professionele organisatie waar jouw talent telt.

Dit neem je mee

  • Een relevante opleiding of behaald diploma; zoals een mbo 3 of 4-diploma (bijvoorbeeld Pedagogisch Medewerker of Onderwijsassistent), een hbo-diploma (bijvoorbeeld Pedagogiek of Pabo) óf een ander relevant diploma (zoals in sport, kunst of onderwijs);
  • Je bent flexibel, zelfstandig en schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende leeftijden en locaties;
  • Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal op niveau 3F (lezen, luisteren, spreken en gesprekken voeren);
  • Je bent in het bezit van een VE-certificaat;
  • Je kunt goed samenwerken en hebt goede sociale vaardigheden;
  • Je voelt je verbonden met kinderen, collega’s en ouders;

Dit krijg je ervoor terug:

  • Een jaarcontract voor 0 uur; daarna is een vast contract mogelijk
  • Salaris in [job.salaris] bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur, conform cao Kinderopvang.
  • 8% vakantietoeslag en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8%
  • 210 uur vakantieverlof op basis van 36 uur
  • Een mobiliteitsregeling; kies voor een reiskostenvergoeding, NS Business Card of leasefiets
  • Persoonlijke groei, onder andere via Het Leerplein met meer dan 300 opleidingen en cursussen.
