Kom samenwerken als pedagogisch duo

Voor ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een duo voor onze verticale groep, dat samen de schouders zet onder het creëren van een veilige, inspirerende en liefdevolle omgeving voor kinderen. Wij zoeken twee professionals die goed op elkaar zijn ingespeeld, een sterk samenwerkend team vormen en elkaar aanvullen in talenten en vaardigheden. Jullie wisselen soepel taken af, of het nu gaat om de dagelijkse verzorging, het voorbereiden van leuke activiteiten of het contact met ouders. Samen met de huidig pedagogisch professional op deze groep maken jullie het team compleet.

Over de locatie

Binnen het Kindcentrum bieden we onderwijs en kinderopvang en werken we als één team samen. In de zomer van 2023 zijn we verhuisd naar ons prachtige nieuwe gebouw. Bij Kindcentrum Leeuwesteyn willen we kinderen laten stralen in hun ontwikkeling, dát is onze missie! Dat betekent dat ons Kindcentrum een plek is waar je mag zijn wie je bent, waar verwondering en verbinding is, waar talenten tot uiting komen, waar je leert doorzetten en trots bent op de stappen die je maakt. Het kinderdagverblijf heeft 5 groepen, waarvan 2 babygroepen, 2 verticale groepen en 1 peutergroep.

Dit hebben jullie in je mars

Jullie zijn een duo dat soepel samenwerkt en goed op elkaar is ingespeeld. Samen gaan jullie aan de slag in een gezellige en professionele werkomgeving waar jullie zorgen voor een vertrouwde, liefdevolle en stimulerende omgeving waar kinderen zich thuis voelen. Jullie delen niet alleen werk, maar ook successen, uitdagingen en bijzondere momenten in de groei van de kinderen. Daarnaast zijn jullie 25 of 34 uur beschikbaar. Werkdagen zijn in ieder geval woensdag en vrijdag. Overige dagen zijn in overleg. Jullie komen te werken op de verticale groep.

Jullie hebben een diploma dat kwalificeert voor de kinderopvang, zoals SPW 3/4 (MBO), HBO Pedagogiek of PABO (Check hier of je diploma voldoet).

Dit krijgen jullie ervoor terug:

  • Een jaarcontract voor 25-34 uur; daarna is een vast contract mogelijk.
  • Salaris in [job.salaris] bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur, conform cao Kinderopvang.
  • 8% vakantietoeslag en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8%
  • 210 uur vakantieverlof op basis van 36 uur
  • Een mobiliteitsregeling; kies voor een reiskostenvergoeding, NS Business Card of leasefiets
  • Persoonlijke groei, onder andere via Het Leerplein met meer dan 300 opleidingen en cursussen.
  • Veel extra’s, zoals teamuitjes en een bijdrage aan je sportabonnement.
