Kijk mee op je werkdag

Je komt te werken op de tussen schoolse opvang (TSO) van basisschool 't Carillon in Gouda. Als medewerker bij de TSO zorg jij ervoor dat kinderen een fijne en ontspannen tijd hebben tijdens hun middagpauze. Je begeleidt ze tijdens het eten en drinken, bedenkt leuke activiteiten om samen te spelen en zorgt voor een veilige en gezellige sfeer. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor de kinderen en zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt.

Dit heb jij in je mars

Je schakelt makkelijk tussen taken en gebeurtenissen. Je biedt rust en regelmaat en staat paraat voor alle vragen en verhalen van ouders.

  • Beschikbaarheid: 8 uur per week (maandag, dinsdag, donderdag en vrijdag van 11.25 tot 13.25 uur).
  • Heb je een kwalificerend diploma? Dan is er een mogelijkheid om je uren uit te breiden.

Dit krijg je ervoor terug:

  • Salaris in [job.salaris] bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur, conform cao Kinderopvang.
  • Een jaarcontract voor 8 uur; daarna is een vast contract mogelijk.
  • 8% vakantietoeslag en een eindejaarsuitkering van 5,5% (per januari 2026 naar 8%)
  • 210 uur vakantieverlof op basis van 36 uur
  • Een mobiliteitsregeling; kies voor een reiskostenvergoeding, NS Business Card of leasefiets
  • Persoonlijke groei, onder andere via Het Leerplein met meer dan 300 opleidingen en cursussen.
  • Veel extra’s, zoals teamuitjes en een bijdrage aan je sportabonnement.
