The posting

BUILT ON FLAVOR. FUELED BY PEOPLE.

What’s it like to work at Kinder’s? Well, there’s a lot of snacking and geeking out over what we all cooked over the weekend. Beyond that, there’s also plenty of hard work. Because we don’t just like flavor, we’re obsessed with it.

With over 100 products sold nationwide, we’re now a top-five brand in multiple flavor categories at Costco, Walmart, Whole Foods, and more. We’re not your typical CPG company. Privately held and founder-led, we like to think of ourselves as a pirate ship in a sea of cruise ships. Our crew is adventurous and fearless. We chart our own course and chase big ideas to make food unforgettable.

As we expand globally and approach $1 billion in revenue, we need more smart-and-scrappy, flavor-obsessed people to come aboard. If you’re looking for a place where you can see the real impact of your work... this is it! Every day, you’ll be part of a journey to add flavor to millions of meals and lives.

How You'll Have an Impact at Kinder’s:

As a Inventory Deployment Analyst, you'll serve as the primary point of contact to manage and coordinate the movement of inventory across our supply chain network. This role ensures the timely and cost-effective deployment of finished goods and raw ingredients from manufacturing plants and suppliers to distribution centers and customers. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of supply chain processes, and experience with inventory and deployment systems. Your role will directly support Kinder's business objectives and growth, consistently reflecting our company values.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Plan and coordinate deployment timelines, ensuring alignment with project deadlines.
  • Schedule deployment windows to minimize business disruption.
  • Communicate timelines and expectations with all involved teams.
  • Analyze demand and inventory data to determine optimal deployment strategies across distribution centers, warehouses, or retail locations.
  • Maintain and monitor inventory deployment plans to ensure product availability and service level targets.
  • Identify and resolve imbalances in inventory across the network (e.g., overstock, out-of-stock, slow-moving inventory).
  • Collaborate with demand planners, supply planners, logistics, and operations teams to ensure efficient inventory flow.
  • Generate and present reports on inventory health, service levels, and deployment effectiveness.
  • Support new product launches, seasonal events, and promotions by ensuring proper inventory positioning.
  • Continuously improve inventory deployment processes and identify automation or optimization opportunities.
  • Investigate root causes for deployment issues and recommend corrective actions

What You Bring to the Table

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory deployment, preferably in consumer-packaged goods supply chain or operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Ability to set and achieve goals and engage in creative problem solving.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail are necessary, as well as commitment to seeing tasks through to completion.
  • Team player that works well cross functionally and seeks to collaborate across multiple functional areas in the organization.
  • Flexible, efficient, and motivated self-starter that requires little direction, with a proven ability in creative problem solving and managing multiple priorities
  • A commitment and passion for being an active participant in our fast-paced, high growth company.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) products. Familiarity with SAP a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

  • We believe our job is to take smart risk, not to eliminate risk
  • We believe in growing our skills and becoming a better company with more managerial expertise, but we are an entrepreneurial company at heart
  • We aren’t trying to be average – we want to do exceptional things, and we are willing to work hard to achieve them

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
