Opvolgen en toepassen van de wetgeving en regels Kind en Gezin Voorstellen formuleren om de werking van de dienst te verbeteren Participeert actief aan de verschillende projecten op de dienst Verzamelen, verwerken en bijhouden van actuele informatie om op elk ogenblik correcte en recente gegevens en informatie ter beschikking te hebben (voor jezelf, leidinggevenden, collega’s, Kind en Gezin,…) Op een correcte manier telefoonoproepen beantwoorden Afstemmen met collega’s en leidinggevenden betreffende taken en bij vragen of onduidelijkheden Contacten onderhouden met collega’s en hen helpen Verstrekken van inlichtingen over dienstverlening aan burgers Verantwoording afleggen over de dagelijkse werking aan de verantwoordelijke en/of administratief medewerker Onthaal en opvang van kinderen (0 jaar tot 3 jaar); Dagelijkse contacten met ouders en het onderhouden van een open, vlotte communicatie over het kind; Toezicht over de kinderen; Rapporteren over de dagelijkse werking en activiteiten aan de coördinator; Schikking van lokalen; Observatieschema’s invullen; Hygiëne bewaren van het leefmilieu (lokalen, beddengoed, speelgoed,…) Opzetten en begeleiden van spelsituaties; Administratieve taken m.b.t opvang- en spelsituaties, o.l.v de coördinator of administratief medewerker; Planning en voorbereiding van activiteiten; Werken met en in orde houden van de aanwezigheidslijsten; Open communicatie voeren & informatie verstrekken over de opvang aan ouders, coördinatie en collega’s; Constructief deelnemen aan teamvergaderingen Verzorgende en/of opvoedende taken opnemen; Uitvoeren van de taken opgenomen in het kwaliteitshandboek

In het bezit zijn van een diploma of getuigschrift, dat minstens in aanmerking komt voor deze functie.
