The posting

Die WEIDHALDE führt zwei sozialpädagogische Wohngruppen im Zürcher Oberland. Wir ermöglichen Kindern und Jugendlichen ab 4 Jahren eine Entwicklung in ruhiger Umgebung. Alle Schulkinder besuchen die öffentliche Schule oder den Kindergarten in Bauma. Während der Oberstufe und in der Berufsausbildung ist bei individueller Entwicklung und Bedarf der Übertritt in unser Angebot -Begleitetes Jugendwohnen- möglich.

Unsere sozialpädagogische Fachlichkeit konzentriert sich auf die individuelle Förderung und Bildung des Kindes bzw. Jugendlichen und auf die Unterstützung der Eltern in ihrer Erziehungsverantwortung.

Wir suchen auf 01. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung

eine Sozialpädagogin oder einen Sozialpädagogen HF / FH ##

80% - 100% ###

Ihre Verantwortung und Aufgaben umfassen die Förderung der Kinder und Jugendlichen im Alltag der Wohngruppen und bei Freizeitaktivitäten; Bezugspersonenarbeit inkl. Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern, mit der Schule, den platzierungsbegleitenden Fachpersonen, den Psychotherapeuten u.a.

Wir erwarten eine sozialpädagogische Fachperson mit einer gefestigten Persönlichkeit, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität, einer selbständigen und vernetzten Arbeitsweise, guter mündlicher und schriftlicher Kommunikation; Führerausweis Kategorie B.

Wir bieten eine interessante und vielseitige Tätigkeit in der stationären Kinder- und Jugendhilfe. In unserer sozialpädagogischen Arbeit orientieren wir uns an den Methoden der "Neuen Autorität" nach Haim Omer und an den traumapädagogischen Aspekten des "Sicheren Orts".
