Übersicht

Du möchtest über deine aktuellen Aufgaben hinauswachsen und Kindern weltweit eine bessere Zukunft ermöglichen. Als Teamassistent*in im Referat Kommunikation unterstützt du als Organisationstalent und serviceorientierter Allrounder das Fundraising-Team im Marketing und in der täglichen Kommunikation mit unseren Spender*innen. Im Idealfall startest du zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Teilzeit (19,5 Stunden pro Woche) in unserer Geschäftsstelle in Duisburg.

Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt das Fundraising-Team proaktiv und zuverlässig bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben.
  • Du recherchierst Informationen und bereitest sie übersichtlich auf.
  • Du pflegst und aktualisierst Kontaktdaten in unserem CRM-System.
  • Du unterstützt die Kommunikation mit unseren Spender*innen und bearbeitest den dazugehörigen Schriftverkehr.
  • Du wirkst bei der Vorbereitung und Organisation von Veranstaltungen, Besprechungen und Terminen mit.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Du verfügst über Erfahrung in der Büroorganisation, Sachbearbeitung oder als Teamassistenz - idealerweise im Marketing oder Fundraising.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch eine selbstständige, verantwortungsvolle und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus. Dadurch bist du auch bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen in der Lage, dein Team zuverlässig zu unterstützen.
  • Deine Kommunikationsstärke und deine lösungsorientierte Grundhaltung machen dich bei Kolleg*innen zu einer geschätzten Ansprechperson.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office, Datenbanken und digitalen Collaboration-Tools.
  • Du bringst verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit.

  • Durch unser Gehaltssystem stellen wir eine faire Vergütung sicher. Die Vergütung erfolgt nach unserem Tarifvertrag BAT-KF in der Entgeltgruppe 8.
  • Du erhältst einen unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag in Teilzeit (19,5 Stunden pro Woche).
  • Deine Arbeitszeit kannst du wie gewohnt flexibel und familienfreundlich gestalten.
