Worum es geht

Der Bereich „Bildung und Projekte“ umfasst mehr als 10 Projekte in den Handlungsfeldern „Sprache“, „Sozialarbeit“ sowie „Erwachsenenbildung“ und adressiert mit vielfältigen Ansätzen eine breite Palette an Zielgruppen. In einem Praktikum bei uns hast du die Möglichkeit, in verschiedene Projekte des Bereichs einen Einblick zu bekommen. In einem ersten Gespräch finden wir gerne gemeinsam heraus, was dich besonders interessiert. In die folgenden Projekte kannst du dich einbringen:

  • Sprach- und Spielnachmittage: Spielerische Förderung von Sozial- und Sprachkompetenzen an Jenaer Grundschulen (Kindersprachbrücke Jena: Angebote für Kinder)
  • Feriensprachkurs: Erlebnisorientierte Deutschförderung für Kinder und Jugendliche in den Oster-, Sommer- und Herbstferien (Kindersprachbrücke Jena: Angebote für Kinder)
  • Landesprogramm „Mehrsprachigkeit ist klasse!“: Koordinierung von Erstsprachenunterricht und Beratung und Begleitung von internationalen Lehrkräften (www.sprachen-th.de)

Das Angebot richtet sich an Personen, die ein Pflichtpraktikum im Rahmen ihrer schulischen oder beruflichen Ausbildung absolvieren möchten.

Aufgaben

Je nach Projekt, in dem du eingesetzt wirst, können die konkreten Aufgabenfelder variieren. Beispielhaft findest du hier einige typische Tätigkeiten:

  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung mehrwöchiger Projekte mit Kindern und Jugendlichen
  • Dokumentation und Evaluation sowie Unterstützung bei administrativen Tätigkeiten
  • Hospitation, Begleitung und Unterstützung bei Workshops, Weiterbildungen, Beratungen und ähnlichen Formaten für Fach- und Honorarkräfte
  • Unterstützung bei Öffentlichkeitsarbeit (z.B. social media Postings), Mitarbeit bei öffentlichkeitswirksamen Veranstaltungen (wie z.B. Diversity-Day, Weltkindertag o.ä.)
  • Teilnahme an Onboarding-Workshops, regelmäßigen Teamberatungen und an Teamweiterbildungen

Wir bieten

  • Regelmäßiger Austausch im Team, Fallberatungen und Möglichkeiten zur Teilnahme an Weiterbildungen
  • Fachliche Begleitung bei der Gestaltung und Durchführung eines eigenen Projekts
  • Regelmäßige Reflexionsgespräche
  • Beginn ab sofort oder später möglich
  • Praktikumsdauer zwischen 4 und 6 Monaten
  • Wöchentliche Arbeitszeit je nach Einsatzgebiet ca. 10 bis 15h pro Woche an mindestens 2 Tagen pro Woche (in der Regel Montag - Donnerstag)
