Berufsbegleitende Weiterbildung zum Erzieher (m/w/d)

Campus29 ist eine Fachschule für Sozialpädagogik in freier Trägerschaft, wir bilden Erzieher (m/w/d) berufsbegleitend aus.

Deine Ausbildung

  • Die Ausbildung zum Erzieher (m/w/d) findet bei uns in Form der dreijährigen berufsbegleitenden Weiterbildung statt.
  • Du lernst an zwei Tagen pro Woche am Campus29 und bist mit mindestens 15 Wochenstunden in einer Praxiseinrichtung angestellt, in der du Gehalt erhältst.
  • Als Praxiseinrichtung kannst du eine Kita bzw. einen Ganztagesstandort unseres Trägers Kinderwelt Hamburg/Flachsland Zukunftsschulen wählen oder eine Einrichtung eines anderen Trägers.

Du

  • bist eine Persönlichkeit mit Herz und Verstand.
  • begegnest allen Menschen mit Respekt und Wertschätzung.
  • fühlst Dich von unserem Konzept angesprochen.
  • erfüllst die Zugangsvoraussetzungen für die berufsbegleitende Weiterbildung (dazu gehören vor allem Bildungsabschlüsse, Berufserfahrung) - hier findest du die Zugangsvoraussetzungen.

Wir

  • legen Wert auf eine positive Lernatmosphäre, ansprechend gestaltete Seminarräume und eine enge Begleitung durch unsere Mentorinnen und Mentoren.
  • orientieren uns an den Standards einer modernen Erwachsenenbildung und arbeiten mit einer digitalen Lernplattform.
  • geben ausführliche Feedbacks statt Noten und unterrichten in Seminartagesform anstelle von 90 Minuten-Taktungen.
  • heißen Quereinsteigende mit Berufs- und Lebenserfahrung herzlich willkommen.
