Die Kindes\- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörde (KESB) ist Anlaufstelle für sämtliche Meldungen, Anträge und erstinstanzlichen Entscheide im Kindes\- und Erwachsenenschutz. Die KESB Leimental führt eine eigene Berufsbeistandschaft. Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir per 1\. 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung zusätzlich ein

Behördenmitglied (60\-70%) mit Schwerpunkt Kindesschutz --------------------------------------------------------

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Leiten von Verfahren sowie Durchführen von Abklärungen, Verhandlungen und örungen
  • Entscheidfindung in Einzelzuständigkeit sowie Mitwirkung bei den Entscheiden des Spruchkörpers
  • Verfassen von Entscheiden und Korrespondenz
  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Klientinnen und Klienten im Kindes\- und Erwachsenenschutz
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Fachstellen, Gemeinden, Schulen und Behörden
  • Leisten von Pikettdienst

Ihr Profil

  • Tertiärer Abschluss in den Bereichen Sozialarbeit oder evtl. Pädagogik, Psychologie oder Recht
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Fachgebiet
  • Erfahrung im Kindes\- und Erwachsenenschutz
  • Methodische Gewandtheit in psychosozialer und lösungsorientierter Beratung, in Verhandlung und Konfliktmanagement
  • Belastbare, durchsetzungsstarke und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
  • Flexibilität, Teamorientierung und Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Kontext
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch
  • Gute IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse
