Kinetic Events Staffing is in search of Conference Staff for an event in Anaheim happening from Wednesday, October 28th, 2026, to Friday, October 30th, 2026.

Job Description

  • This conference will be held at Anaheim Convention Center (800 W Katella Ave, Convention Center, Anaheim, CA, USA)
  • Job duties include registration, line and flow management, attendee questions and other general event duties.
  • Pay Rate is $24/hr. We pay weekly via direct deposit!
  • Parking is reimbursable up to $25/hr
  • Staff must wear black button-down shirts and black slacks with black comfortable shoes.

Shift Details

Note: Staff must be fully available to be considered for the role.

  • Wednesday, October 28th: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Thursday, October 29th:8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Friday, October 30th:10:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Job Requirements

  • Must have a considerable background in front-facing customer service roles.
  • Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a standard shift (typically 4-12 hours), except during designated rest breaks and meal periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts.
  • Must have proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional demeanor, appearance, and actions while on the job.
  • Limited phone use during shifts.
  • Must adhere to all legal regulations and company policies set by Kinetic Events Staffing.

Ideal Candidates

  • Previous event or hospitality experience is preferred.
  • Flexible and adaptable as job duties and schedules may change based on client needs.
  • Tech-savvy and willing to learn new tasks and skills.

Note: Travel and lodging reimbursements will not be provided for this role.
