Company: KING BRAND FOOD (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Monthly Salary: S$2,600 + Performance Incentive Employment Type: Full-time Working Days: 6 days per week Location: Vivocity, HarbourFront

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with enquiries and recommend suitable sauces, condiments and food products.
  • Introduce product features, usage and promotions to customers.
  • Prepare and assist with food sampling activities, including basic food preparation and serving samples to customers.
  • Arrange product displays, replenish stocks and ensure shelves are properly stocked and organised.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory checks.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene and product presentation.
  • Handle sales transactions and provide friendly customer service.
  • Assist with daily store operations and other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Retail, sales or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to assist customers with product enquiries.
  • Willing to learn about sauces, condiments and the company's product range.
  • Comfortable with product sampling preparation, stock replenishment and hands-on retail duties.
  • Responsible, proactive and customer-oriented.
  • Able to work 6 days per week, including weekends and rostered shifts.

Working Hours

Rotating shifts:

  • 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
