  • Maintain accurate sales, dispensing, and inventory records in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Follow all applicable DCC regulations, Ohio Administrative Code requirements, and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Promptly report suspicious activity, compliance concerns, discrepancies, or operational issues to the appropriate supervisor.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to learn cannabis products, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Dependability, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Previous retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service experience.

  • Knowledge of cannabis products, strains, cannabinoids, and consumption methods.
  • Experience working in a regulated retail environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and accurate recordkeeping.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout an assigned shift.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including handling products, operating registers, and labeling inventory.

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
