About Your Company

The hiring company is one of the largest property developers in Hong Kong and is seeking an experienced and highly organized (Assistant) Admin Manager to support their senior leadership team. In this critical role, you will provide administrative and operational support to the HR department and collaborate closely with the HR Manager and CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist day-to-day administration of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration etc with HK and Mainland Team.
  • Coordinate the logistics for HR-related events, training, and team-building activities.
  • Maintain and update the HR information system, employee database, and other relevant records.
  • Respond to general HR-related inquiries from employees and liaise with internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in special projects and assist with ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in department human resources matters. Experienced in the Mainland office is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
