About Your Company

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers and vendors, and provide exceptional customer service
  • To update information database and consolidate reports
  • To handle administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree and High Diploma or above
  • Experience in property management or hospitality industry is preferred, especially in report centre or control room
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with good telephone manner and customer focus
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotline or call centre environment.
  • Proficiency in MS applications (Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
