Kao jedna od vodećih tehnoloških kompanija s međunarodnim dosegom i dugogodišnjim iskustvom u kibernetičkoj sigurnosti zapošljavamo više kolegica ili kolega.

Tražimo iskusne stručnjake koji samostalno vode projekte usklađenosti i upravljanja rizicima te regulatorne zahtjeve znaju pretočiti u konkretne mjere koje podižu razinu sigurnosti i otpornosti organizacije.

Ključne odgovornosti:

  • samostalno voditi savjetodavne projekte iz područja informacijske i kibernetičke sigurnosti – od definiranja opsega do prezentacije rezultata
  • provoditi gap analize, procjene zrelosti i procjene rizika prema relevantnim regulatornim zahtjevima i međunarodnim standardima
  • uspostavljati i unaprjeđivati ISMS i BCMS sustave te pripremati organizacije za certifikacijske i nadzorne postupke
  • savjetovati klijente u području NIS2/ZKS, DORA-e, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301 te upravljanja ICT rizicima, incidentima i rizicima trećih strana
  • izrađivati i unaprjeđivati politike, procedure, kontrolne okvire i planove mjera koji su primjenjivi u stvarnom poslovnom okruženju
  • sudjelovati u revizijama informacijskih sustava i neovisnim procjenama usklađenosti
  • savjetovati Uprave, CISO-e i stručne timove klijenata te jasno prezentirati rizike, prioritete i preporučene mjere
  • prenositi znanje mlađim kolegicama i kolegama i doprinositi razvoju internih metodologija i GRC usluga
  • povremeno sudjelovati u presales aktivnostima, definiranju opsega usluge i stručnom dijelu ponuda te na sastancima s potencijalnim klijentima, u uskoj suradnji s prodajnim timom

Što očekujemo:

  • najmanje 5 godina relevantnog iskustva u području informacijske/kibernetičke sigurnosti, na poslovima GRC-a (uključujući procjenu rizika), revizije ili savjetovanja
  • praktično iskustvo u uspostavi, održavanju ili reviziji ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS-a i/ili ISO 22301 BCMS-a
  • praktična primjena regulatornog okvira NIS2 / Zakona o kibernetičkoj sigurnosti i DORA-e
  • najmanje jedan važeći certifikat (ili istovrijedan) s popisa: CISA, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor, ISO 22301 Lead Auditor, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CGEIT, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer
  • završen sveučilišni diplomski ili specijalistički diplomski stručni studij (VSS)
  • izvrsno znanje engleskog jezika
  • visoka razina samostalnosti i odgovornosti
  • razvijene analitičke sposobnosti i usmjerenost na rezultat
  • proaktivnost i sklonost timskom radu
  • vozačka dozvola B kategorije

Kao prednost vidimo:

  • dodatni certifikati iz zaštite podataka (CIPP/E, CDPSE), sigurnosti u oblaku (CCSP, CCSK) ili kontinuiteta poslovanja (ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, CBCI/MBCI)
  • iskustvo u financijskom sektoru, kritičnoj infrastrukturi ili međunarodnim projektima
  • iskustvo s okvirima kao što su ISO/IEC 27005, ISO 31000, NIST CSF, CIS Controls ili COBIT
  • razumijevanje sigurnosnih tehnologija poput SIEM-a, EDR-a, DLP-a i IAM/PAM rješenja

  • raditi na zahtjevnim domaćim i međunarodnim projektima kibernetičke sigurnosti
  • imati mogućnost rada u okruženju koje povezuje GRC, tehničke timove za kibernetičku sigurnost i SOC, čime možeš pratiti rješenja od procjene do implementacije
  • imati mogućnost utjecaja na razvoj usluga, metodologija i pristupa klijentima
  • kontinuirano se stručno usavršavati kroz edukacije, certifikacije i stručne konferencije
  • imati priliku neformalno se družiti s kolegama, u opuštenoj atmosferi ili na Team Building-u
