The posting

Part time or full time positions available in our BDC Departments for Sales & Service.

Experience preferred. Excellent computer skills & good typing a must, outstanding communication skills-verbal and written, professional appearance and work ethic, great attitude with a high energy personality, superior customer service skills, remarkable phone & listening skills and follow up. You must be self-motivated, driven, reliable individual who can multi-task and keep up in an exciting, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and seek out opportunities to deliver a top-notch customer experience
  • Interact with customers to identify their individual needs and opportunities and schedule appointments for the teams.
  • Work closely with the BDC Manager and other BDC sales personnel to ensure sales lead opportunities are accounted for and appropriate notes are made in the CRM
  • Complete phone calls as assigned by the BDC Manager
  • Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers
  • Attend product and sales training as requested by BDC

Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000+ - endless opportunities.
