  • Process incoming on and off Ranch rental, royalty and entry checks, verify contract terms and rental escalation calculations, scan, file and log into ODL, notify accounting of new payments with appropriate job coding; and reconcile payments as needed for audit purposes
  • Process outgoing rental and lease check requests, route for approval, scan, file, and deliver to accounting with distribution detail
  • Manage public water system (PWS) filings with TCEQ and TWDB for three locations, including quarterly and annual reports, and maintain water quality records
  • Route environmental reports, TCEQ correspondence and consultant invoices to reviewers and approvers, and save digital records
  • Maintain energy related subscription services (ESRI, Quorum, Enervus, etc.), and organize, update, and safeguard geologic, geophysical, environmental and other collected data
  • Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Real Estate and Director of Energy, including: mail, expense reports, travel, itineraries and charter flight arrangements, and vendor invoice processing (approvals, W-9 and ACH setup, demand checks)
  • Propose innovative processes, practices, efficiency, and communication improvements
  • Assist with employee engagement events and office projects as needed

What We Will Be Needing From You:

  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple recurring time-sensitive deadlines and competing priorities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to professionally coordinate with accounting, outside operators, consultants and regulators

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in land administration, land records, oil and gas or energy land support, or related administrative roles, including a working knowledge of energy-related contracts, records, and reports

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
