We are seeking an exceptional leader and outstanding practitioner who can inspire and motivate both staff and students. The successful candidate will:

  • Provide strategic leadership across allocated portfolio areas (e.g. Quality of Education, Pastoral & Culture, Curriculum, or Standards).
  • Drive continuous academy-wide improvement, ensuring high-quality education and student wellbeing.
  • Line manage, coach, and develop middle leaders to build leadership capacity across the academy.
  • Analyse performance data and evaluate quality of provision to implement effective strategic actions.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
