Jobomschrijving

Als Werkvoorbereider sta je in voor de volledige praktische en technische voorbereiding van verschillende projecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle nodige informatie, materialen, middelen en documentatie tijdig beschikbaar zijn, zodat de uitvoering vlot kan verlopen. Je analyseert de projectplannen en technische dossiers, vertaalt deze naar concrete werkvoorbereidingen en stelt de nodige planningen en werkinstructies op. Daarnaast stem je regelmatig af met de Projectleiders, Project Engineers, werfleiders en leveranciers om ervoor te zorgen dat alle betrokken partijen over de juiste informatie beschikken. Je volgt de materiaalbehoeften en bestellingen op, denkt actief mee over de meest efficiënte werkmethodes en anticipeert op mogelijke knelpunten in de voorbereiding. Zo zorg je ervoor dat de projecten goed voorbereid en georganiseerd aan de uitvoering kunnen beginnen.

  • Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma, bijvoorbeeld in de bouwkunde of industrieel ingenieur, of hebt een gelijkwaardig niveau opgebouwd dankzij relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt een sterk technisch inzicht en kan technische plannen en dossiers vlot interpreteren.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig en beschikt over sterke organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet vlot af te stemmen met verschillende interne en externe partijen.
  • Je bent proactief, denkt oplossingsgericht en anticipeert op mogelijke uitdagingen.
  • Je kan goed prioriteiten stellen en houdt ervan om verschillende zaken tegelijk op te volgen.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels.
