Kingfisher Recruitment in Herentals is een groeiend succesverhaal op de huidige rekruteringsmarkt met sterktes binnen nichedomeinen zoals IT, Engineering, Legal en Finance. Omwille van onze groei zijn we vandaag op zoek naar een Talent & HR Coördinator.

Jobomschrijving

Als Talent Coördinator zal je taak er in bestaan om de verbinding te vormen tussen het zoeken van nieuwe werknemers en het welzijn van ons huidige team. Je zal de volledige circle analyseren en verbeteringen voorstellen in de vorm van trainingen, opleidingen, evaluaties en groeitrajecten. Op deze manier zal je een expert worden waarbij je Kingfisher tevens zal bijstaan in haar intern en groeibeleid waarbij je zowel interne als externe taken zal opnemen : Marketingstrategie, Fleetmanagement, loonbeleid; networking, website en IT-tools, office management,... Op termijn kan je doorgroeien binnen het operationele beleid en de verdere uitbouw van ons verhaal.
