Jobomschrijving

Wegens hun groei, zijn ze vandaag op zoek naar een transportplanner. Als transportplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van een efficiënte dagelijkse transportplanning, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat alle transportopdrachten van klanten vlot en correct worden ingepland. Je speelt flexibel in op wijzigingen of last-minute aanpassingen, verwerkt deze in de planning en stemt hierover af met alle betrokken collega's.

Daarnaast ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de chauffeurs. Je volgt hen dagelijks op, ondersteunt hen waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat de planning optimaal verloopt. Je waakt er bovendien over dat alle transportactiviteiten voldoen aan de geldende Europese wet- en regelgeving.

Je werkt nauw samen met je collega-planners om de dagelijkse operatie in goede banen te leiden en draagt actief bij aan een efficiënte en klantgerichte transportafdeling.

  • Je behaalde een bachelordiploma, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt ervaring als transportplanner
  • Je bent vlot in het Nederlands, en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels
  • Je bent stressbestendig en een echte teamplayer
