Deine Mission

Als Social Media Manager und Content Manager(m/w/d) bist du der kreative Motor unseres Erfolgs! Mit deiner Begeisterung für Fitness und deinem Gespür für Trends gewinnst du Follower und baust unsere Online-Community weiter aus – sowohl durch packende Inhalte als auch durch strategische Kampagnen. Du inspirierst unsere Zielgruppe zu einem aktiveren, gesünderen Lebensstil, indem du sie durch innovative und kreative Beiträge mitreißt. Dein Engagement und deine positive Ausstrahlung machen den Unterschied, wenn du unser einzigartiges Angebot über Social Media präsentierst und unsere Community auf ihrem persönlichen Fitnessweg unterstützt. Deine Aufgaben:

📱 Ganzheitliches Social Media Management:

  • Verantwortung für alle Social Media Kanäle (Instagram, TikTok, ggf. LinkedIn & Co.)
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Redaktionsplänen und Kampagnen
  • Produktion von kreativem Content (Reels, TikToks, Fotos, Texte, Stories etc.)
  • Tägliche Story-Produktion direkt aus dem Club (Training, Events, Behind the Scenes)
  • Reposts von relevanten Story-Inhalten aus der KONGMMUNITY
  • Visual- und Textgestaltung für einen ästhetisch starken Feed

📊 Analyse & Paid Media:

  • Wöchentliche Auswertung der Social Media Performance mit klaren Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Paid Media Kampagnen (Meta Ads, Boosted Posts etc.)
  • Datenbasierte Entscheidungen zur Steigerung von Reichweite, Engagement & Conversion

💬 Community Management & Interaktion:

  • Betreuung der Community über Kommentare, DMs und Feed-Interaktionen
  • Entwicklung von Engagement-Formaten: Umfragen, Quizze, Challenges
  • Aktiver Austausch mit Membern, Coaches & Partnern über Social Media
  • Aufbau einer emotionalen, aktiven KONGMMUNITY online

🤝 Zusammenarbeit & Trend-Scouting:

  • Enge Abstimmung mit Marketing, Events und Operations
  • Schnelles Reagieren auf Trends & News
  • Ideenentwicklung für neue Formate und Kampagnen

Was du mitbringst:

  • Erfahrung im Bereich Social Media Management, Content Creation oder Online-Marketing
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Instagram, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, iMovie, Final Cut Pro oder Premiere Pro
  • Ein Gespür für visuelles Storytelling, Markenkommunikation & digitale Trends
  • Selbstständiges, strukturiertes Arbeiten mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
  • Kommunikationsstärke auf Deutsch & Englisch
  • Fitnessaffinität und Lust, eine starke Marke mitzugestalten
