The posting

Kings Valley Charter School is looking for a bus driver to serve our community and families. We have openings for part-time drivers to help our young ones get to and from school daily. This is a very important role at our school as you get to know each student and ensure they have a safe, comfortable and positive experience.

We are a rural school and understand that the journey can be further to our destination than other locations in town. The experience at Kings Valley includes a beautiful drive through country roads and sometimes evolves into other opportunities at the school depending on your skillsets, interests and availability of positions.

Kings Valley Charter School – Contracting with Alsea School District plans to fill the following positions: POSITIONS: Regular Route Bus Driver [1 position] - KVCS routes

Substitute Bus Drivers - QUALIFICATIONS: *Valid Driver's License *Clean Driving Record *CDL Licensure - training available *Licensed to drive a Type 10/20 vehicle - training available

RESPONSIBILITES: *Drive students safely to and from school each day

*Clean bus [inside and out] daily *Drive bus for field trips and/ or sporting events as needed *Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or Administrator HOURS: Regular Route Driver: M-F [approximately] 6:30-9:00 AM -and- 2:45-5:15 PM
