🎯 Buscamos Supervisor/a de Producción para nuestra línea continua de paneles en Mendoza.

🚀 Tu misión con nosotros:

Liderar y coordinar la operación diaria de la línea, asegurando el cumplimiento del plan de producción, brindando seguimiento a los indicadores y cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad, eficiencia y seguridad.

🔧 Principales responsabilidades:

- Organizar y supervisar las tareas diarias de producción

- Liderar al equipo, asignar responsabilidades y realizar el seguimiento de su desempeño

- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los controles de proceso, calidad y seguridad

- Analizar indicadores como OEE, Yield, productividad y cumplimiento del plan

- Coordinar los set-up, start-up y las intervenciones preventivas y correctivas junto con Mantenimiento

Requisitos

🎓 Requisitos:

- Ingeniero/a o estudiante avanzado/a de Ingeniería Industrial o Electromecánica, o Técnico/a Electromecánico/a graduado/a con sólida experiencia industrial

- Experiencia mínima de cinco años en entornos industriales

- Experiencia comprobable liderando equipos operativos y gestionando turnos de producción.

- Conocimientos de procesos de producción continua (excluyente)

- Manejo de indicadores de gestión y herramientas de análisis de datos

- Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente y adaptarse a diferentes esquemas de turnos

📋 Conocimientos valorados:

- Lean Manufacturing y herramientas de mejora continua

- Control de calidad y control estadístico de procesos

- Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de equipos industriales

- Normativas de seguridad industrial y medioambiental

- Sistemas ERP y herramientas de gestión de producción

- Automatización industrial: PLC, SCADA y DCS

- Participación en proyectos de mejora de procesos
