  • Performance, talent and development: Leads the performance management process, coaches managers, promotes consistent application and supports calibration discussions.
  • Workforce insights and employee engagement: Analyses workforce trends and data relating to staffing, sickness absence, retention and turnover, discusses findings with management and follows up on agreed actions. Develops initiatives to engage, retain and involve employees.
  • HR policy and process improvement: Supports delivery of regional and global HR priorities and translates policies and plans into practical actions and measurable results.
  • Recruitment, onboarding and international mobility: Works with recruitment and managers throughout selection processes and participates in follow-up interviews where required.
  • Sickness absence, compliance and employee representation: Acts as case manager for long-term sickness absence in accordance with the Dutch Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet verbetering poortwachter), monitors relevant employment law developments and supports audits and the preparation of documentation for the Works Council.
  • Payroll checks and HR reporting: Conducts monthly checks on payroll activities together with the HR Advisor, promotes reliable HR reporting and ensures compliance with legal, tax and internal requirements through independent second-person checks.
  • HR projects and change: Leads or supports HR projects and organisational change, coordinates with key stakeholders and monitors actions and project progress.
  • Cross country HR Support: Provides practical HR support to small managed on-site teams across Central Europe, working with managers, other regional HR colleagues and local advisers to address country-specific requirements.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of Dutch employment law, sickness absence management and relevant tax and social security regulations.
  • Experience with complex employee relations matters, organisational change, performance management and stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate HR data and emerging issues into clear advice and actions.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
