Description du poste

Même en télétravail tu pourras partager un vrai travail d’équipe. Ce poste te permet de te projeter dans ta vie professionnelle mais aussi dans ta vie personnelle ! Vous êtes étudiants ? Vous êtes salariés et recherchez un complément de travail ?

  • CDI en temps partiel : 18h
  • Travail 18h par semaine : Le lundi et vendredi de 17h30 - 22h et un jour travaillé par week-end 12h - 22h (en alternance samedi et dimanche)
  • Poste 100% télétravail = pas de frais de déplacement !

La mission consiste à réceptionner les appels les weekends et jours fériés et traiter les remplacements urgents à travers le logiciel de planification.

Ce travail s’effectue depuis votre domicile, seule une connexion internet est nécessaire.

Pour réaliser cette mission, nous vous fournissons un ordinateur portable ainsi qu’un téléphone portable d’astreinte.

Les astreintes téléphoniques commencent le vendredi à partir de 18h00 et se terminent le lundi 08h00.

Vous serez en équipe et assumerez 1 weekend sur 2 et certains jours fériés.

Qualifications

  • Formation initiale ou professionnelle de niveau Bac + 2 humaines, gestion administrative ou équivalent
  • Tu as un accès internet haut débit et les conditions appropriées pour le travail à distance.
  • Idéalement connaissances en gestion de planning
  • Maitrise des outils informatiques
  • Gestion du stress, rigueur, organisation et capacité d’adaptation
  • Réactivité et capacité à gérer plusieurs missions à la fois
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe
