O (A) Profissional deverá realizar manutenções preventivas e corretivas em máquinas e equipamentos, executando reparos, montagens e desmontagens, troca de peças e lubrificações. Realizar montagem e desmontagem de tubulações e pequenas pinturas em equipamentos e em estruturas das áreas de trabalho a fim de estabelecer as condições ideais de operação da área de atuação, contribuindo para o cumprimento das metas de produção, bem como observando e adotando os padrões e procedimentos de Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCumprir as atividades conforme ordem de serviço;Inspecionar equipamentos necessários ao desempenho da função, avaliando funcionamento mecânico e integridade física; Caso diagnosticar defeitos, repassar para responsável da equipe a existência de algum problema de comandos que não obedecem ou qualquer anormalidade observada na execução de suas atividades e que possam comprometer o desenvolvimento do processo para que possa ser inserido na programação para correção;Executar limpeza manual interna e externa dos equipamentos dos circuitos de atuação e de seus componentes mecânicos;Alimentar planilhas de campo com dados referentes ao processo (corrente elétrica dos motores, pressão manométrica das tubulações de água e rejeito, vazão, dentre outras grandezas relacionadas ao processo);Realizar reparos mecânicos como: montagem e desmontagem de motores, bombas, tubulações, telas, soldas, cortes em peças, montagem e ajustes de gaxetas, reparos em válvulas, reparo em peneira vibratória e tanques de água;Fazer a montagem e desmontagem de equipamentos mecânicos e auxiliares destes equipamentos;Conhecer a operação do sistema de reprocessamento;Montagem, desmontagem e reparos em tubulações de aço carbono e PEAD.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatóriosEnsino Médio CompletoVivência na área de mecânico industrial.Vivência com ferramentas, mecânica de máquinas, equipamentos industriais, corte com maçarico e solda elétricaRequisitos DesejáveisTécnico em Mecânica, Mecatrônica ou Eletromecânica.
