Organizar, programar e controlar as atividades de manutenção corretiva, preventiva e preditiva, de acordo com os procedimentos internos, visando manter os equipamentos e estrutura da Empresa em condições adequadas para funcionamento, disponibilizando informações atualizadas e assertivas através de relatórios e controles diários, visando dar suporte à tomada de decisão.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar a programação e criar os planos de manutenção, de acordo com a Política de Manutenção – Política Kinross Way – Programa de Gestão da Manutenção, atuando junto aos clientes internos no alinhamento dos esforços, buscando equilíbrio entre a disponibilidade dos equipamentos e custos de manutenção, visando ampliar e melhorar a capacidade e a produtividade dos equipamentos utilizados na operação;

Programar paradas de máquinas para manutenção preventiva e corretiva e disponibilizar para a área, acompanhar o processo, visando garantir o cumprimento da programação e cronograma estabelecidos e minimizar o tempo não produtivo dos equipamentos;

Realizar a gestão dos planos de manutenção preventiva de sua área, acompanhar o cumprimento da programação e atualizar as informações do campo, visando assertividade no processo e suporte à tomada de decisão;

Identificar os recursos necessários para a programação de manutenção (materiais, peças, contratação de serviços especializados) e acompanhar os processos junto à área de Suprimentos, visando garantir a disponibilidade para o período estabelecido;

Identificar, selecionar e contratar serviços de terceiros, de acordo com os procedimentos internos e mediante avaliação técnica, pesquisa de mercado e análise da relação custo/benefício para atividade, visando atender às demandas identificadas;

Elaborar os procedimentos de trabalho para manutenção corretiva/preventiva, fazendo as alterações e adaptações conforme necessário;

Realizar a gestão do backlog da área juntamente com a equipe de execução, afim de garantir um histórico confiável no sistema de gerenciamento da manutenção.

Analisar os relatórios das empresas terceiras contratadas, visando garantir o cumprimento das cláusulas contratuais e a qualidade do serviço executado;

Realizar as atividades previstas, conforme planejamento e orientações recebidas, checklists e os procedimentos estabelecidos;

Atuar na resolução de intercorrências normais do processo, conforme modelos e programações já estabelecidos;

Apoiar a realização de atividades dos profissionais de menor domínio técnico quando estas tiverem maior complexidade, repassando conhecimentos e atuando no desenvolvimento dos mesmos;

Atuar no apoio aos profissionais de maior senioridade nos processos inerentes à sua de atuação usufruindo da experiência para o autodesenvolvimento.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino médio completo;

Experiência com planejamento, programação e gestão de componentes;

Conhecimento Microsoft Office
