À la recherche d’une expérience enrichissante dans le domaine de la manutention ?

STILL, recrute en CDI un.e Coordinateur.trice Location qui prendra en charge les clients (internes et externes) du service Occasion Location au sein de la Direction Régionale Grand-Ouest.

Concrètement, quelles sont vos principales missions ? :

Acteur.rice principal.e au sein du service, vous serez en charge de :

- L'accueil des appels entrants des clients : qualification et traitement de leurs demandes, suivi et animation des offres commerciales Location. - La réalisation des demandes des clients : la gestion de la mise en préparation des chariots et des contrats de Location. - Le suivi de la facturation et des contrats de location. - Le suivi des éventuels litiges clients et des créances. - La fidélisation et la satisfaction de nos clients. - La gestion et le suivi des Visites Générales Périodiques à l'atelier ou chez les clients pour le matériel en location.

Vous serez également en charge d’appels sortants, afin de :

- Contacter proactivement des clients et prospects pour leur proposer les services STILL. - Promouvoir les services et les produits commercialisés par l’entreprise. - Suivre les plans d’actions déterminés par sa hiérarchie et animer, proposer les opérations commerciales.

Votre équipe ? : Rattaché(e) à la Direction Régionale « Grand-Ouest », vous êtes encadré.e par une Responsable Occasion Location, vous intégrez une équipe soudée et solidaire.

  • Rémunération fixe annuelle brute entre 28 600 et 31 200 euros sur 13 mois, selon profil (Cotation D7-27 Convention Collective Nationale de la Métallurgie)

Tasks and Qualifications:

Qui êtes vous ?

  • Issu.e d'une formation administrative, type GEA ou BTS Assistant.e de Gestion PME PMI, vous avez une expérience réussie dans la gestion administrative, dans l'administration des ventes et/ou dans l'export par exemple.
  • Vous maitrisez Excel - Idéalement vous avez déjà travaillé sur SAP.
  • Vous êtes très rigoureux.se, méthodique et organisé.e.
  • Vous savez gérer les priorités et faire preuve de rapidité, de réactivité, d'anticipation.
  • Vous avez également un bon sens relationnel. Echanges au quotidien avec les clients.
  • Vous avez la volonté d’évoluer au sein d’un environnement complexe, exigeant et stimulant
  • Avoir des connaissances techniques dans le domaine de l’industrie serait un plus.
