Tasks and Qualifications:

Deine Aufgaben

  • Technische Beratung & Key-Account-Support: Gemeinsam entwickeln Sie maßgeschneiderte Konzepte und treten im Team als kompetenter technischer Berater sowie Lösungsanbieter auf.
  • Eigenständiges Deal-Management: Sie begleiten Intralogistikprojekte von der ersten Kundenanfrage bis zur gemeinsamen Projektrealisierung und Übergabe.
  • Konzeption & Layoutplanung: Sie analysieren die Logistikprozesse der Kunden, entwickeln maßgeschneiderte Regallayouts und projektieren zukunftsfähige Gesamtlösungen.
  • Kalkulation & Angebotserstellung: Sie berechnen Kundenprojekte, arbeiten detailgetreue technische Angebote aus und präsentieren diese überzeugend auf Entscheiderebene.
  • Schnittstellen- & Projektsteuerung: Sie koordinieren die Schnittstellen zwischen Kunden, Vertrieb, Lieferanten und internen Fachbereichen und begleiten das Projekt bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe an den Kunden.
  • Ausbildung & Training: Sie durchlaufen ein Trainingsprogramm in unserer Akademie, um Sie gut für die Herausforderungen im Investitionsgüterverkauf vorzubereiten.

Deine Qualifikationen

  • abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Maschinenbau, Intralogistik oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation (z. B. Techniker, Meister im Bereich Maschinenbau/Mechatronik mit starkem Vertriebsbezug).
  • Erfahrung in der technischen Projektierung, dem Layout-Design oder dem technischen Vertrieb – idealerweise im Umfeld der Intralogistik, Fördertechnik oder Lager- und Systemtechnik.
  • Verständnis für logistische Prozesse gleichzeitig Freude am aktiven Kundenkontakt sowie am Verhandeln von Projekten.
  • Arbeiten im Team (insbesondere das gemeinsame Auftreten mit dem Gebietsverkauf) und sichere und professionelle Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten sowie internen Abteilungen.
  • Reisebereitschaft & Flexibilität
  • Ein sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit CAD- oder Layout-Planungssoftware.

Mindestgehalt 3.500 EUR Brutto/Monat, Firmenauto zur privaten Nutzung und Eingliederung ins Provisionssystem je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
