Fenwick-Linde, recrute en CDI un.e Responsable d’Agence pour son agence de Terrasson (24)

Concrètement, quelles sont vos principales missions ? :

Membre du comité de direction de l’agence régionale, vous développez l’agence, pilotez les services et contribuez aux objectifs commerciaux.

• Vous managez l'équipe service de l’agence notamment techniciens et responsables d’équipes techniques • Vous suivez les activités et apportez votre soutien aux équipes commerciales présentes sur le site en coordination avec le Responsable des Ventes • Vous gérez le centre de profit : élaborer les budgets, assurer la réalisation, suivre et piloter les indicateurs dans une dynamique d’amélioration continue • Vous assurez la gestion administrative et supervisez la charge de travail de l'équipe service • Vous participez activement au recrutement et à la gestion du personnel de l’agence • Vous assurez une veille continue en termes de normes ISO, du respect des plans de prévention et de sécurité et êtes le.la garant.e des règles RSE de l’entreprise. • Vous échangez régulièrement avec le Responsable Service Performance pour suivre la rentabilité et le taux de pénétration des contrats.

Rattaché.e au Directeur.tirce régionale Aquitaine, Vous partagez et faites développer le sens du service client. Vous êtes également le.la partenaire des attachés.es commerciaux.ales du territoire : ensemble, vous participez activement au développement commercial de la marque.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Qui êtes-vous ? :

• Vous avez l’esprit analytique et une bonne capacité d’organisation

• Vous avez la capacité à prendre des décisions.

• Vous avez un excellent relationnel et vous êtes orienté résultats.

• Vous savez accompagner le changement.

• Vous maitrisez le management d’équipes pluridisciplinaires.

• Vous Maitrisez les outils informatiques (système d’Information métiers, bureautique).

• Titulaire d’un Bac +5 en école de commerce, master, etc …ou une expérience significative dans le pilotage de la performance d’activités dans un univers BtoB ? Vous disposez d’un Niveau B2 minimum en Anglais (écrit + orale)
