Wir sind ein Premium-Catering-Unternehmen mit Kunden aus Politik, Gesellschaft und Wirtschaft. Unsere Veranstaltungen sind so vielfältig wie anspruchsvoll. Wir realisieren Events in der Größenordnung von 250 bis 650 Gästen und mehr auf höchstem Niveau – professionell, diskret und mit einem klaren Qualitätsanspruch.

Hinter erfolgreichen Galaabenden, Messeauftritten und hochkarätigen Wirtschaftsevents steht eine perfekt organisierte Logistik im Hintergrund.

Damit bei unseren Veranstaltungen alles zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort ist, suchen wir eine stellvertretende Lagerleitung, die Verantwortung übernehmen möchte – sowohl im Lager als auch bei größeren Events vor Ort.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung und Vertretung der Lagerleitung in allen organisatorischen und operativen Aufgaben des Tagesgeschäfts
  • Strukturierte Planung und Organisation von Material- und Logistikabläufen
  • Kommissionierung und Sicherstellung, dass sämtliches Equipment vollständig, geprüft und einsatzbereit auf die Veranstaltungen gelangt
  • Koordination und Kontrolle von Warenein- und -ausgängen
  • Qualitäts- und Bestandskontrolle unseres Event-Equipments
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Projektleitung, Küche und Veranstaltungslogistik
  • Bei größeren Veranstaltungen: Koordination von Auf- und Abbau sowie Übernahme logistischer Verantwortung vor Ort
  • Touren- und Mitarbeitereinsatzplanung
  • Vorbereitende Buchhaltung im System bomito Back Office Management
  • Perspektivisch: Übernahme weiterführender Aufgaben

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfahrung im Lager- oder Logistikbereich – idealerweise im Event-, Catering- oder
  • Hospitality-Umfeld
  • Organisationsstärke und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität, insbesondere bei größeren Veranstaltungen
  • Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Teams situativ anzuleiten
  • Hoher Qualitätsanspruch und sorgfältiger Umgang mit Material und Equipment
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Führerschein Klasse B, idealerweise C
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Logistik- oder Veranstaltungsbereich ist von
  • Vorteil
  • Gute Computerkenntnisse
