Pricing Support Coordinator Indiana   Are you detail-driven with strong math skills and proficient with Excel? Do you enjoy digging into data, solving pricing puzzles, and supporting sales and customer success behind the scenes? Are you comfortable working independently and taking ownership of critical processes?   If so, we want you on our team.   At Kirby Risk, we help customers succeed by delivering accurate pricing, dependable service, and trusted electrical supply solutions. The Pricing Support Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring pricing accuracy, vendor coordination, and internal support across our organization.

What You’ll Do as a Pricing Support Coordinator In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to pricing strategy execution, vendor coordination, and account support.   You’ll:

Coordinate pricing activities and communicate product and vendor information across teams Handle technical pricing questions and help organize the complaint resolution process Maintain close communication with focus accounts using available tools to manage, implement, model, and monitor pricing Support growth of unassigned accounts by qualifying opportunities for account managers Promote E-Commerce tools and customer service solutions Accurately load vendor cost changes and maintain pricing integrity Assist with all aspects of rebates, including backups, loading strategic files, and configuring sell margins Learn and grow your knowledge of electrical supply distribution, vendor relations, and business development

What Makes You a Great Fit

Strong Excel proficiency (required) Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Solid mathematical and analytical skills Ability and desire to work independently on a computer for extended periods Strong communication skills, including talking and hearing in person and by phone Industry experience in Electrical Supply and familiarity with Eterm/Solar is a plus Bonus points for experience with SQL, Access, and/or Power BI

What to Expect in This Role

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm CST Minimal travel and overtime Primarily computer-based work in a professional office environment
