Zum Pastoralraum Region Sursee LU (pastoralraumregionsursee.ch) gehören rund 15-000 Katholikinnen und Katholiken aus fünf Pfarreien. Zusammen mit vielen Freiwilligen engagieren wir uns für ein lebendiges und inspirierendes Miteinander und stellen uns gemeinsam den Herausforderungen der Zeit und den damit verbundenen Anpassungen.

Für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Organisation und eine zukunftsgerichtete Zusammenarbeit im Pastoralraum suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung als Ergänzung im Leitungsteam eine/n

Administrationsleiter/in 80 % ##

Gemeinsam mit dem Pastoralraumleiter sind Sie geschäftsführend verantwortlich für:

  • die strategische Ausrichtung und Schwerpunktsetzung des Pastoralraums
  • die Organisation und Weiterentwicklung des Pastoralraums
  • die Gestaltung der rollenbasierten Zusammenarbeit (Klarheit über Rollen, Verantwortlichkeiten und Entscheidungswege)
  • die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vorstand des Kirchgemeindeverbands und den Kirchenräten

Zudem sind Sie verantwortlich für:

  • die Entwicklung und Implementierung effizienter und innovativer Formen der Geschäftsführung
  • die Führung der Mitarbeitenden in unterstützenden Bereichen
  • Personalführung aller Mitarbeitenden an der Schnittstelle zur Personalabteilung des Kirchgemeindeverbands
  • spezifische Zukunftsthemen, wie z.B. Nachhaltigkeit, Freiwilligenmanagement

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abschluss auf Tertiärstufe (Hochschule oder Höhere Fachschule) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation durch Weiterbildung und Berufserfahrung.
  • Weiterbildung in NPO-Management, Führung, HR, Organisationsentwicklung oder Change-Management von Vorteil.
  • Neugier für die Gestaltung und Erprobung neuer Formen der Zusammenarbeit und für innovative Wege der Organisationsgestaltung sowie Motivation die initialisierte Organisationsentwicklung weiterzuführen.
  • Gute Kenntnis der kirchlichen Strukturen der röm.-kath. Kirche, oder Offenheit diese kennenzulernen, sowie Interesse an der Kirchenentwicklung
  • Kompetenz und Erfahrung in Leitung sowie Freude am Führen
  • Ausdrücklicher Wunsch, zu dritt (mit Pastoralraumleiter und leitendem Prieser) ein geteiltes Führungsmodell zu leben
  • Bereitschaft zu Einsätzen an Abend- und Wochenendterminen
