The posting

Da vi står underbemandet med en sekretær pr 1. dec 2026, søger vi en ny til 25-30 timer ugentligt, med mulighed for flere timer ved sygdom/ferier. Opstart på fast arbejdstid pr 1/12, dog gerne med oplæring ugerne forinden.

Kiropraktorhuset Middelfart er en travl sundhedsfaglig klinik. Vi ligger i centrum med 3 min. gåafstand til station og tæt på tilkørselsveje og motorvej. Stor privat P-plads på adressen. Vi er 4 kiropraktorer: Theis, Sander, Kathrine og Niels, 2 fysioterapeuter: Mikkel og Amalie, 1 deltidsmassør: Nicolai samt 3 sekretærer: Winie, Anne og Emilie, hvoraf det er Emilie der stopper hos os 1/12 for at læse videre.

Vi sætter patienten i centrum og yder vores bedste service i fællesskab. For at yde en god service kræver det at man trives – og vi synes, vi har en god atmosfære både fagligt og socialt.

Dine arbejdsopgaver bliver/du oplæres i:

• Patientvisitering, herunder booking, afregning og telefonpasning, bevillinger m.v.

• Mailbesvarelser og kalenderoverblik

• Diverse generelle administrationsopgaver, herunder restancehåndtering, varebestilling

• Oprydning og lettere rengøring

Vi forventer, at du:

• Er serviceminded, smilende og udadvendt

• Fordel at have erfaring med servicejob og arbejde med mennesker, fx job som tjener.

• Kan arbejde selvstændigt

• Har overskud til travlhed og kan lide at have mange bolde i luften

• Har flair for IT og kan tilegne dig nye systemer

• Har lyst til at være en del vores team både fagligt og socialt

• Kendskab til kiropraktorer eller sundhedsvæsen er en fordel, men ikke et krav

Klinikken har generelt åbent ca 8-16, og har senere åbent mandage og torsdage, så der vil forekomme sene arbejdsdage 1-2 gange ugentligt.

Løn: månedslønnet, sv.t. 140kr/timen (18.200/md) med funktionærforhold, dvs. lønnet ferie, løn under sygdom m.v.

Timerne vil fordeles over 4-5 dage med faste arbejdstider.

Jobbet er ideelt som fx sabbatårsjob, og ansættelsen vil begynde som midlertidig på 1-2år efter aftale, men med mulighed for både fastansættelse og lønstigning ved godt samarbejde og gensidigt ønske.
