Du bliver en del af et team, hvor der er fart på, højt humør og fokus på at levere service i særklasse. Vi søger dig, der elsker kontakten med mennesker, trives med mange daglige henvendelser og motiveres af at finde den rette løsning. Du er nysgerrig, lærevillig og har lyst til at blive ekspert i vores produkter, så du kan guide kunderne bedst muligt. Samtidig har du styr på detaljerne og sørger for, at opgaver og aftaler bliver fulgt helt til dørs.

Din hverdag hos os: Du vil have en central rolle i vores kundeservice, hvor din evne til at skabe overblik og fremdrift gør en forskel for både kunder og kolleger. Du kommer blandt andet til at:

  • Besvare kundehenvendelser via telefon og mail
  • Håndtere, koordinere og følge op, så opgaver kommer godt i mål
  • Supportere både privatkunder og kolleger i marken
  • Registrere og dokumentere sager i vores systemer (E-track, Navision – Business Central fra 2026)

Hvem er du? Du behøver ikke komme fra en traditionel kundeservicebaggrund. Det vigtigste er, at du motiveres af kontakt med mennesker og kan skabe gode relationer. Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Har erfaring med telefonisk kundeservice, butik el.lign. og er vant til mange daglige opkald
  • Arbejder struktureret og sikrer, at opgaver bliver afsluttet korrekt
  • Er tydelig, imødekommende og løsningsorienteret i din kommunikation
  • Har lyst til at lære nyt og sætte dig ind i vores produkter og IT-systemer

  • Mandag–torsdag kl. 8–16, fredag kl. 8–15.30
  • Arbejdssted: Greve
  • Løn efter kvalifikationer og pension
