Dein typischer Tag

  • Embedded Linux Plattformen gestalten: Du entwickelst und pflegst unsere Board Support Packages (BSPs), Linux\-Treiber sowie weitere zentrale Komponenten unserer Embedded\-Linux\-Plattform und schaffst damit die Basis für leistungsfähige Systeme
  • Hardware zum Leben erwecken: Du bringst neue ARM\- und x86\-basierte Hardwareplattformen erfolgreich zum Laufen und unterstützt deren Integration, Analyse und Fehlerbehebung
  • Systemnahe Software integrieren: Du verantwortest die Integration und Wartung von Linux\-Kernel, Bootloadern (z. B. U\-Boot), Device Trees und weiteren hardwarenahen Softwarekomponenten
  • Firmware\-Plattform weiterentwickeln: Du pflegst unsere Yocto\-basierte Build\-Umgebung und entwickelst eine skalierbare, wiederverwendbare Firmware\-Plattform für zukünftige Produktgenerationen
  • Know\-how vernetzen: Als kompetente Ansprechperson unterstützt du Entwicklungs\-, Test\- und Produktionsteams bei allen Fragen rund um Embedded Linux und Plattformtechnologien

Dein Profil

  • Fundiertes Fachwissen: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Technischer Informatik, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung (ETH, Uni oder FH) und bringst eine starke technische Basis für die Entwicklung anspruchsvoller Embedded\-Systeme mit
  • Embedded Software Engineering: Du verfügst über Erfahrung in der Embedded\-Softwareentwicklung mit C und begeisterst dich für Linux\-basierte Systeme sowie die Entwicklung hardwarenaher Software
  • Linux \& Debugging Expertise: Du kennst dich mit Embedded Linux aus, analysierst komplexe Systemzusammenhänge souverän und findest mit einem strukturierten Debugging\-Ansatz auch für anspruchsvolle Herausforderungen die passende Lösung
  • Moderne Entwicklungsumgebungen: Du arbeitest routiniert mit Git sowie Linux\-basierten Entwicklungsumgebungen und legst Wert auf saubere, nachvollziehbare Entwicklungsprozesse
  • Plattform\-Know\-how: Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung mit Board Support Packages (BSPs), Linux\-Treibern, Yocto oder vergleichbaren Plattformtechnologien mit und verstehst das Zusammenspiel von Hardware und Software bis ins Detail
  • Technologieaffinität \& Innovationsgeist: Von Vorteil sind Kenntnisse in ARM\- oder x86\-Plattformen, Hardware Bring\-Up, Embedded Device Security (z. B. Secure Boot, Software Updates oder Vulnerability Management) sowie in CI/CD, Testautomatisierung, Hardwareentwicklung oder Linux User Space Development
