In dieser neuen Schlüsselrolle in Winterthur verantwortest du die Strategie\\-, Geschäfts\\- und Portfolioentwicklung der globalen Serviceorganisation. Du definierst die strategische Ausrichtung des Servicegeschäfts, entwickelst das globale Serviceportfolio weiter und stellst sicher, dass Service ein nachhaltiges Differenzierungsmerkmal von Kistler ist. Dabei orchestrierst du bereichsübergreifende Initiativen über Regionen, Business Units, Vertrieb und Entwicklung hinweg und stärkst in einer internationalen Matrixorganisation die Position des Service als Treiber von Kundenzufriedenheit, Kundenbindung und langfristigem Unternehmenserfolg.
